The purpose of handling the personal information

The purpose of the collecting of the personal data is to provide an admission link to the online event organised by the StratKIT project. It is also possible for participants to give a permission for a furhter project-related contact.

Regular data sources

The data is collected in the system via the e-form.

Regular destinations of disclosed data

The data is not given to third parties. It is, however, exchange with the StratKIT project parnter responsible for the event (Municipality of Rybnik, Poland).

Data transfer outside EU and ETA

Data will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA.

Right of access

Each participant has the right to check their information in the event register.
