COURSE PROGRAM
ECTSStudents from the University of Helsinki can receive 2-3 ECTS:- 2 ECTS for attending both days and completing the pre-assignmentor- 3 ECTS for attending both days, completing the pre-assignment plus poster presentation
Note - Students from the University of Helsinki do not need to register via Sisu, but they must enter their student number in the personal details below.- Students from other universities will receive a certificate of participation.
Please register for the symposium and the pre-symposium Doctoral Programme in Biomedicine course (DPBM-011) by completing this e-form.- The symposium, including meals, is free of charge for registered participants only.- Registration closes on Friday 19 June 2026 at 23:59 (CET +1).
Note- Registration is binding. - All cancellations must be sent by email to symposium@wri.fi by Friday 26 June 2026 at the latest.- Symposium registrations made after the deadline will not include free meals.- If you wish to change your registration details, simply re-register and your most recent registration will be saved.

Please submit an abstract for consideration and inclusion in the symposium as a poster presentation, poster preview talk or short talk. Submitted abstracts will not be published and will only be used by the organizing committee for selection purposes.
The deadline for submitting abstracts is Friday 19 June 2026.
Please note that the abstract should be a single paragraph in block format, with no indentation. It should not exceed 300 words.
