Registering persons provide the data by themselves.

Regular destinations of disclosed data

Register data will only be at the parties taking care of the long term preservation process at University of Helsinki. Data will not be transferred to third parties.

Data transfer outside EU and ETA

Data will not be transferred outside EU or European Economic Area.

Protection of the register

Register is secured by the basic E-form procedure.

Right of access

Registered persons have the right to access data.

Correction of the data and bringing it into effect

Registered persons are entitled to require the rectification of erroneous data.
