Koulutukseen ilmoittautuva henkilö antaa tiedot itse E-lomakkeella.

Registering persons provide the data by themselves.

Regular destinations of disclosed data

Tietoja ei luovuteta muille kuin koulutuksen järjestäjille.

Register data will only be at training organizers’ disposal. Data will not be transferred to third parties.

Data transfer outside EU and ETA

Tietoja ei siirretä EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle.

Data will not be transferred outside EU or European Economic Area.

Protection of the register

E-lomakepalvelun normaali suojaus.

Register is secured by the basic Elomake procedure.

Right of access

Henkilöllä on oikeus tarkastaa omat tietonsa ennen koulutuksen ajankohtaa.

Registered persons have the right to access data pertaining to them before the training session.

Correction of the data and bringing it into effect

Henkilöllä on oikeus vaatia tiedon korjaamista ennen koulutuksen ajankohtaa.

Registered persons are entitled to require the rectification of erroneous data pertaining to them.

Other rights conserning the personal information handling

Tiedot hävitetään 18 kuukauden kuluttua koulutustilaisuudesta.

The personal data will be deleted 18 months after the training session.
