The information submitted to the LSE with this form is confidential and will only be accessible to the LSE staff for the purpose of creating and maintaining your profile on the portal. Application to the LSE platform is entirely voluntary and all data submitted through this form will be collected and processed according to the European GDPR data protection act.
All information submitted via this form will be retained for a default time period of two years from the day of profile publication. An annual prompt will be sent to each profile holder to the e-mail address specified as your contact information to confirm participation. After our review process,the information sent to us on this form will be published as it is. The LSE is not responsible for incorrect or outdated information submitted through this form.
In case you want to update your profile, you may do so at any time by re-submitting the form and by checking the “update to a pre-existing profile” option at the beginning of the form.
As a member of the LSE you have the right to rectification (updating of your information) and erasure (complete deletion of your profile). The consent given via this form can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the LSE staff at pia.siljander(at)helsinki.fi. As a member of the LSE you also have the right to be informed about any data breaches that may concern the information submitted via this form. In case of withdrawal of consent and complete deletion of your profile, all the associated information previously retained by the LSE will be deleted permanently.
