The attendance fee includes the right to attend lectures, workshops, seminar material, social programme, lunches, coffee and dinners.
The fee does not include breakfast, travel or accommodation.
Details on payment will be sent to you by e-mail as confirmation of your registration.
Abstract submission deadline is 15 November 2019.
All scientific abstracts are accepted. The organizing committee will inform whether the abstract was accepted for an oral or a poster presentation by 30 November. The organizing committee has the right to reject inappropriate abstracts. In that case the attendance fee will be returned.
Abstracts should be sent as a word doc or as a pdf to nutrition.winterschool[at]helsinki.fi before the abstract submission deadline of 15 November.
The maximum length of the abstract is 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
The seminar program also includes hands-on workshops on Friday, January 31. During the workshops, the experts first give a brief introduction to the subject matter after which you have the chance to work with your own project under the experts' guidance.
Maximum attendance for each workshop is 10. Places will be handed out on first-come-first-served basis. If you wish attend a workshop, please specify your choice below:
THE BIOINFORMATICS AND GRAPHICS WORKSHOPS ARE FULLY BOOKED! If you choose those workshops, you will be placed on queue but we cannot guarantee you a seat in these workshops.

This information is used to estimate the amount of participants for the social program in the evenings and also helps the Organizing Committee to ensure you have a pleasant stay at the seminar and at Levi.
