Notification of graduation for conditionally accepted applicants with a Finnish degree

This form is for conditionally accepted applicants who have graduated from a Finnish university or university of applied sciences.

You can use this form to let the University of Helsinki know that your completed degree has been registered in the national database. Please fill out the form only after your degree has been registered and visible in My Studyinfo.

After we have received your notification, we will check the award of your degree from the national database. Please note that it takes a couple of working days to process your notification, and once it has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm the status of your application.

If you have graduated from a university outside of Finland: Do not fill out this form. Instead, you must submit proof of your graduation following the instructions on the website Guide for accepted and rejected applicants

Please use the same email address that you used to submit your application!
If you give an email address, you will receive a confirmation that submission of this form has been saved. You will receive a separate email confirmation when the condition on your admission has been processed within a few working days.
