Copies of the degree certificate – Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Theology

With this form, you can order copies of your degree certificates from the Faculty of Arts or the Faculty of Theology. Please note that you can only obtain a copy of the degree certificate in the original language of the degree certificate. The price per official copy is:

• €40 if collected
• €50 by post to an address in Finland
• €90 by courier to an address outside Finland

	I will collect the copy/copies from the Metsätalo porter (Unioninkatu 40). I request that the copy/copies be mailed to me (or delivered to me abroad via courier service).

You will be notified when the copy of your degree certificate is ready and can be picked up from the Metsätalo porter (Unioninkatu 40). Please be prepared to show your ID when you pick up your copy.
