Project name is the name you will see in Icebear viewer. Sample name - keep it short. If you would like to use buffer as a control, include it as a sample with the name 'buffer'. Volume is total volume you have of this sample. Sample buffer composition should include full decription of the buffer of your sample. Many buffer components may easily produce salt crystals in crystallisation screens.
Standard gradient experiment provides a temperature gradient from 4C up to 20 C across 12 columns on regular MRC 96-well plate. For other temperature ranges, provide the details in 'Additional Information' section. The visual inspection of the plate is done manually once per 24 hours in this case.
The detailed information about pricing, crystallisation screens and procedures is available on the crystallisation facility website.
For a new or unknown protein, please select 'Primary Screens'.
To optimise you can use hit conditions, additives or seeding, please select 'Optimisation/Additive/Custom' option.
There is no need to print this form. After submission the facility and the sender will get all the information by email.
