If your university/organisation requires an invoice in order to pay for the participation fee, please fill in the billing address above in the "Participant's details" section and the symposium organisers will send you an invoice.

PLEASE NOTE! A handling fee of 20 euros will be added to each invoice.

STATEMENT OF PAYMENT
We can issue an unofficial statement of payment upon request. Please email cicero(at)cicero.fi.
(Due to University of Helsinki regulations the statement will not include VAT information or recipient details.)

CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel your registration free of charge via email to cicero(at)cicero.fi until 4 June 2014.
- In case of refunds any possible banking charges will be deducted from the returnable fee.
- Refunds for cancelled registrations will not be made after 4 June 2014.
- Please note, that we will invoice you for the cost of registration and handling fees (70 euros) if you do not attend the event and have not cancelled your registration on time (4 June 2014).

ACCOMMODATION
