MYY ry Anniversary celebration 65 years - registration

MYY ry turns 65 years! We invite you to celebrate our dear organisation for environmental science students and the 65 year history.

The Anniversary celebration will be held on Sat 24.10.2026 in event center Koskenranta.

Schedule and prices:

Invitation only event 3.30 PM
Cocktail event 4.30 PM
Moving to tables and start of academic dinner party 5.30 PM
Academic dinner party ends 9.30 PM
Academic dances 10 PM
Academic dances end, free mingling 11PM
The party ends in Koskenranta 00:30 AM

After party (included in price) in Käärmeenpesä 00-04 AM. Chance to reserve your place in a charter bus to the after party location Käärmeenpesä, address Sörnäisten rantatie 33.

Please register as soon as possible, but latest on Thu 24.9. The last day to pay your dinner card is Sun 4.10.! Please note, that your possible avec must fill their own forms to register.

In the registration form, please fill in your dietary restrictions and choice of drink. The menu in Koskenranta event centre is by default vegan and gluten free.
The Koskenranta event centre is placed in the idyllic Vanhankaupunginkoski close to viikki, and the address is Katariina Saksilaisen katu 9. You can easily get there by buses 78, 57 and 55 to bus stop Tekniikan museo.

The Herring breakfast is organised on Sun 25.10. at 2-8 PM in Käärmeenpesä, Sörnäisten rantatie 33. You can register for the Herring breakfast by this registration form (5€) or later on another form (10€).

Please consider, that the registration is binding. Payment information at the end of the form. By registering to the event you also accept our privacy policy below. MYY ry will keep the information on the forms in our register until 3.9.2027. We will give such knowledge as your name and dietary restrictions to the event organiser's kitchen staff. Otherwise the information is only available for MYY officials as the anniversary party organising team and MYY board.
