Empowering doctoral researchers to transition from academia to impactful roles in the biotech industry, through guidance and support from experienced professionals who have taken this path before.

Eligibility: Doctoral researchers aﬃliated to University of Helsinki from the health, life science and biotech fields, who are

1) Members of the Biotech Club (https://www.biotechclub.fi/), and

2) Planning to defend in 2027, or

3) Recent PhD graduates who have defended after May 2026

Commitment

If selected, I would be able to participate in 2 mandatory in-person sessions (2h sessions, Mar'27/Apr'27)

If selected, I am able to commit to at least 4 mentoring sessions over the course of 4 months (Feb’27-May’27)

During the mentoring program (Jan’27-early June’27), I am planning to continuously reside in Finland (short absences of 1-2 weeks are allowed).
