Making and Breaking Biological Barriers Symposium – BarrierForce Centre of Excellence

This one-day meeting will bring together international speakers studying barriers across biological scales—from molecular mechanisms of cell adhesion and junction assembly to tissue mechanics, immune cell migration, and cancer invasion. Through talks spanning cell biology, biophysics, and modelling, the symposium will highlight how physical and biochemical processes regulate the formation, maintenance, and disruption of biological barriers.
