• You can apply credit transfer based on your prior studies at a higher education institution, i.e. formal competence
or based on non-formal learning (e.g. continuing education) or informal learning (e.g. work experience) i.e.
informal/non-formal competence.
• If you are applying for transfer based on formal competence, please attach a transcript of your studies and
a description of the studies, showing the method of study and literature, to your application.
• If you are applying for transfer based on non-formal/informal competence/s, please attach a certificate and
description of the competence/s.
• You can apply for credit transfer after you have enrolled on the course for which you are applying credit transfer
for.
• If you are applying for credit transfer for multiple courses, please complete a separate application for each
course.
• Complete the application with the attachments (the application will give you the opportunity to add attachments
after you have clicked on Continue to send attachments button) as soon as possible before the start of the course
for which the credit transfer is applied.
• You will receive the decision for the credit transfer to the email address that you provide.
Please note that
• prior studies at a higher education institution, i.e. formal competence, have a 10-year expiry date (the expiry date
does not apply to informal/non-formal competence).
• the credit transfer will be approved, rejected or in some cases only partially approved.
