Single Cell and Spatial Omics Symposium 2026

Registration: Open until February 26th, 2026, or until the event is fully booked.

 

Everyone is warmly welcome to register to the symposium, we can accommodate up to 300 participants. Program, including lunch, and a poster session with sparkling, begins at 9 AM and ends at around 5:30 PM on March-12. Final schedule will be updated on the symposium website.

 

Speakers: Ralf Jungmann (Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry), Allon Klein (Harvard Medical School), Ernst Lengyel (University of Chicago), Ana Martin-Villalba (German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), Nikolaus Rajewsky (Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine) and Maria Secrier (University College London) will present their work, in addition to national speakers Daniela Ungureanu (University of Oulu) and Helena Kilpinen (University of Helsinki).

 

We will host a poster session and encourage all participants—especially students—to present their work (or plans) involving single-cell and/or spatial omics. All academic poster presenters will also give a 30-second poster teaser (one slide). If you wish to present a poster, please provide your title and affiliation below. Poster presentation entitles you to one additional study credit (see Sisu instructions below).

 

University of Helsinki students: Please note that to receive credits for participation and a potential poster (1 + 1 credits), you must also register in Sisu. Course code: DPBM-161. Note: As of Jan 22, there are technical issues with Sisu enrolment, which are currently being fixed.
