Hae apurahaa täyttämällä lomake 16.3.2025 mennessä. Hakemus sulkeutuu klo 23.45.
Kirjoita hakemukseen lyhyt kuvaus tehtävästä opinnäytetyöstä ja kenelle tai mitä varten se tehdään. Kuvauksessa on tuotava esille, millä tavalla opinnäytetyö kehittää ja vahvistaa Etelä-Savon alueellista osaamista ja tuottaa Etelä-Savon alueella toimiville yrityksille, organisaatioille tai muille toimijoille uutta tutkimustietoa. Lisää kuvaukseen myös opinnäytetyön tilaajan yhteystiedot, jos opinnäytetyöllä on tilaaja.
Vastauskentät ovat hyvin lyhyitä, tarvittaessa voit jättää myös erillisen liitteen, missä opinnäytetyöstä on kerrottu tarkemmin.
Hakemukset käsitellään noin kuukauden kuluessa hakuajan päättymisestä. Päätöksestä ilmoitetaan henkilökohtaisesti sähköpostilla viimeistään 16.4.2025 mennessä. Myönteisen päätöksen saanut hakija saa samalla ohjeet apurahan ensimmäisen erän maksatukseen.
Toisen erän apurahasta voit hakea vapaamuotoisella hakemuksella hyväksyttyyn päätösilmoitukseen vastaamalla, kun opinnäytetyö on valmistunut tavoite ajassa ja on hyväksytysti arvioitu. Pyydä hakemuksen liitteeksi vapaamuotoinen suositus opinnäytetyön ohjaajalta, mistä ilmenee myös opinnäytetyölle annettu arvosana. Suosituksessa on oltava ohjaajan yhteystiedot.
Ohjaajan kontaktoiminen on hakijan vastuulla. Emme ota huomioon ensimmäisessä vaiheessa hakemuksia ilman ohjaajaa, emmekä toisessa vaiheessa hakemusta ilman ohjaajan suositusta ja arvosanaa.
Apurahan saajista sekä valmistuneista opinnäytetöistä tiedotetaan Mikkelin yliopistokeskuksen tiedotuskanavissa. Tiedotteiden sisällöstä sovitaan opinnäytetyöntekijän kanssa erikseen.

Apply for a grant by filling out the form by 16th of March 2025. The application closes at 23:45.
In the application, write a short description of the thesis and for whom/what it is done for. The description must highlight how the thesis develops and strengthens the regional expertise of South Savo and produces new research information for companies, organizations, or other actors operating in the South Savo region. If the thesis has a client, also add the contact information of the client in the description.
The response fields are very short, if necessary, you can also leave a separate attachment where you describe the thesis in more detail.
Applications are processed within about one month from the end of the application period. The applicant will be notified of the decision personally by e-mail no later than 16th of April 2025. In addition to the decision, an applicant that is awarded the grant will also receive instructions regarding the payment of the first installment.
You can apply for the second installment of the grant with a free-form application by replying to the approved decision notice when the thesis has been completed in the target time and approved with a passing grade. Ask for a free-form recommendation from the thesis supervisor as an attachment to the application, which also presents the grade given to the thesis. The recommendation must include the supervisor’s contact information.
