After receiving your application Unihome will send you an offer by e-mail. If you accept the offer, please pay the deposit by the due date. Once the deposit shows on the deposit account of Unihome they will send you a confirmation and an accommodation agreement or lease to sign digitally according to whether you become a resident (accommodation) or tenant (rental).
