Maple Leaf and Eagle 2026 Abstract Submission

The Maple Leaf and Eagle Conference will be using Confedent services for abstract submission for the 2026 conference. Please use the submission form at: https://confedent.eventsair.com/mle-2026/mle2026proposals. Please submit your proposal (max. 300 words) for a 20-minute presentation, a short bio (max. 100 words) in a single .docx or .doc file, and contact information through Confedent by 11:59 pm, October 31, 2025. We accept individual papers as well as panel proposals for three papers.

Please indicate on Confedent if you wish to present in an online session; we will not be able to accommodate new online presentations once the call for papers has closed. Additionally, we can only select a handful of online presenters so we cannot guarantee spots for all who are interested. We would encourage applicants to consider presenting at the conference in person.
