Application for reinstatement of a study right, Faculty of Arts

As a student, you must register as attending or non-attending for every academic year, during the registration period. If you do not complete the registration, you will lose your study right. However, you can apply for a reinstatement of your study right with this form.

After failing the registration, if you register as attending or non-attending during the same academic year by 31 July, you do not need to apply for a reinstatement of your study right. All you have to do is pay the re-enrolment fee and the Student Union fee whilst registering as attending. Payment instructions are available on Instructions for students on page Annual registration.

If you are re-registering on the next academic year following the oversight or later, you must first apply for a reinstatement of a study right from your faculty with this form.

When your study right is restored, please pay the re-enrolment fee and deliver the receipt to Student Services. Please also pay the Student Union fee, if you register as attending. Instructions for payments are available on Instructions for students, on page Annual registration.
